If I use 5 home visits in one cycle are they still worth the same total as if I spread 5 visits over 5 cycles?

I understand timing is huge but I'm just asking about the actual point value. Using multiple in one cycle doesn't diminish the values of the visits correct?

I thought promises only acted as a multiplier if the recruit had a "wants to play" preference, yes...no?

Good Question... I've heard both answers before
CS said they act as a multiplier EVEN IF the recruit doesn't have a preference of wants to play
