I'm a D3 coach trying to sift through players projected at high levels and find good potential recruits that will be unwanted by most D1 and D2 schools

How do you D1 and D2 coaches view ineligible high school players? I'm hoping that they are avoided like the plague ????

It's only a minor deterrent. If a player can play at a certain level, it's highly likely he will be scooped up by someone at that level.

I think minor deterrent is pretty spot on. There are people who avoid them but the number is small. It's mostly the press teams and or teams that are concerned about class balance.

I have a team in every world. Every one of them is a press team. I don't recruit ineligibles. I need my fake fake players to get a fake education and need to hold them accountable. It's all true except for the last line..
