At one point you know a recruit will transfer? I got players whining but they only lost 2 or 3 WE so far.

Only transfer I've had sent 4(maybe 3) whine emails and lost 9 WE. But he got a lot of minutes as a FR/SO and less than 4 as a JR.

They are freshmen. If I continue to start them on my young press team, I won't be able to sneak into the NT. I got destroyed by a bad SIM by 31 pts(still laughing at my coaching talent) with them and using minutes.

i don't think there is a definitive sign that they will leave, just the emails tell you it's possible. IME the ones you want to leave never do and the ones you want to stay...

I received an email from a freshman that I promised a start to because I stopped starting him for a couple games to experiment with my lineup a bit. He had a WE hit of 19 from not starting THREE games. I've have put him back in the starting position but his WE has not returned to normal. Is this WE hit permanent?? Kind of lame if it is.

You have to start him 80% and he'll be fine by the end of the year. This total does not include NT and CT.

Yup gave him his starting position back and 2 games later got an email from him stating everything is good now:). WE is back to normal minus a couple points.
