Once you withdraw a scholarship offer do you lose all recruiting for that player? Do you have to start over in order to offer a scholarship???? I have 2 players who are back to 0%

Basically yes, I wouldn't rescind a scholarship unless you are definitely not going to pursue them again. I've only rescinded I believe 1 scholarship due to locking up another candidate and I didn't need the recruit.

I've never been able to regain any traction on a recruit after pulling a scholarship. It has definitely caused me to be a little more cautious when offering scholarships.

I believe the recruit is unrecruitable once you withdraw the scholarship. Has anyone been able to recruit someone after they withdraw a scholarship.

I've only tried twice but I'm pretty sure they're unrecruitable. I put 80 AP on a guy and was still at 0% and not on his considering list.
