Longtime HD coach but I am recruiting in D3 for the first time under the new recruiting engine.

My question is this: will almost every recruit lower how many attention points it takes to get a scholarship offer in the final 5 PM to 11 PM cycle on the last night of recruiting? That is, if I have sunk a few points into lots of different players, will all of them suddenly be receptive to scholarship offers if they haven't signed elsewhere?

Or do I need to look at the percentage of work I've done towards getting them to accept a scholarship offer and make sure I allocate enough points before 5 PM on that last night to make them willing to receive an offer?

I sure as hell hope it is the former and not the latter, because if the latter is true then I'll be taking a class full of AI recruits!

It is the latter. The only recruits who automatically become open to scholarship offers in the last 24 hours are the ones projected at your level.
