The Team Icon Progressive needs an owner for the Mets entering the 1972 Rookie Draft. The basic concept of the league is that you can only draft players who played for your team at some point in their career. Any player who played for only your team you get automatically (Bench, Clemente, Mays etc.) The Mets will be picking 10th in each Round. They did trade their 1972 First Round Pick in a prior deal, but according to league rules you will get a compensation pick at the end of the First Round to make up for it. Let me know if you have any questions. The 1971 Mets are in 2nd Place right behind the Pirates in the NL East. They are set up nicely for future runs.
There is a process in place for moving teams if you had the desire to move them to one of the other open cities in the NL.
