I plan to rescind a dude in period two. i don't have a ship to offer just yet. i went ahead and offered one to a guy who is a late sign preference. is it going to allow that offer when it processes? it won't come back and say "Coach, you don't even have a ship to offer me, see ya"

It will process, yes. The recruit just won't sign with you until you have an opening.
