When you restart the history, which season is the first draft season?

after the 1989-90/2017-18 season we will
reboot with the 1970-71 season.
The double years season will then be 1970-71/1990-91.
All of the 1970-71 players (ABA & NBA) plus the
1970 rookies (Elvin HayesHayes, Wes Unseld etc.)
will be available to draft
