There are numerous issues folks are having with things like setting redshirts, submitting game plans, being shown info from the wrong account. It appears as if refreshing (sometimes multiple times) will usually work as a way of solving most of the issues.
In the mean time, please double check before you make any changes that you are, in fact, accessing the correct account/team, and that all of your submissions are actually going through after being submitted.
