The Random Stipulation League V2.0

Stipulation Numbers will be sent via sitemail. Owners can have a max of 4 teams in 4 different divisions. Stipulation numbers are chosen by Random.org. Owners will receive 4 numbers each and must create teams in sequential order. Owners will not receive 2 or more of the same number, but other owners may(will likely) receive the same numbers.

No Rookies unless stated otherwise. No Waiver Wire unless stated otherwise. No Clones unless stated otherwise.

1. Don Quixote and Sancho Panza: 1 player less than 15 USG%, 1player greater than 30 USG%, All others 20-30 USG% 52M Cap, No Clones

2. Team basketball: All Players between 15-25 USG% 53m Cap, No Clones

3. Freestyle: 50mil cap, anything goes, Rookies Allowed. No Waiver Wire

4. Alphabet Soup: All players last name must start with the same letter. No Cap, no clones.

5. Bench Warmers: 6th man award winners or less than 2000 total min: No Cap, Yes rookies,Yes clones.

6. Scrap Dealers: All players must have Ast% greater than 30 or Total Rebound% (ORB%+DRB%) greater than 35. 53m cap, No clones.

10. No MVPs or Champions: All players must never have won an mvp or championship. 55m Cap, No Clones

28. (New for V2.0) 5 Positions 5 Locations: Each position must be drafted from a single franchise (one team name and one location). Must pick at least 2 players at each position. There can be no repeated franchises in other positions. For example, if you want Steph Curry, then all of your point guards must be from the Golden State Warriors and not from the San Francisco Warriors, Philadelphia Warriors, or anywhere else. 57m cap no clones.

29. (New for V2.0) The Quest for 100.. pennies?: Whoever gets this must make a team so 1 player can score 100 pts. Every time the player scores 100 pts in a game the owner of both teams get a dollar. Anything goes with this, and only one owner can have this stipulation. The commissioner cannot have this stipulation. This will be a prize that will payout daily. Notify the commissioner when the player scores 100.

30. (New for V2.0) Westbroken Pyramid: 1 player from each USG% range: 39-42, 36-39, 33-36, 30-33, 27-30, 24-27, 21-24, 18-21, 15-18, 12-15, 9-12, 6-9. 60m cap, no clones.

31. (New for V2.0) Every player must average 10 rebounds or more per 48 minutes. 56m cap. no clones.

32. (New for V2.0) Bol'd Over All: Team must have 3 spots filled by Manute Bol. 56m cap, no clones.

33. (New for V2.0) Waivering Loyalty: Draft a team at 20m salary cap with no clones. Then, during the season use the waiver wire to draft anyone you want.

34 (New for V 2.0) Starting Randomly: 1 player in each position will be chosen randomly for you from the top 50 salary leaders in each position from 1990 to the present. For the remaining 7 player you will chose players with 2000 or less minutes from any season you want. 59m cap, No Clones

35 (New for V 2.0) No C: No Centers. 56m cap. No Clones.

36 (New for V 2.0) Double Doubles: Every player must have averaged a double-double per game(10+ppg & apg or rpg). 59mil cap, no clones.

Prizes for The Random Stipulation League V2.0
$3 Basketball Insider Award: Least amount of 3 point attempts for a playoff team.
$3 Wimpy Kid Award: Least amount of combined Fouls+Steals+Blocks for a playoff team.
$3 Super Team Award: Most players on the All Star team.(in case of a Tie, best record, then largest spread)
$3 Rick Roller Award: Least amount of total regular season turnovers for a playoff Team
$3 DTOY: Most Combined Steals and Blocks Regular Season.
$5 MVT: Largest spread Regular Season (Team points - Opponents points)
$5 Random award: Random number generator chooses.
$5 For every owner that makes the max 4 teams.
Prizes will be awarded after the league has ended. Violation of stipulations will exempt Team Owners from any prizes.
The Commissioner is not eligible for prizes.

I'm all in for another random stipulation league. I loved the first one because it made me really re-evaluate how and what makes a good team and forced me to think outside of the box.

I'm thinking of a team built of nothing but the waiver wire... Is that possible?

IN - 2 teams ( btw #29 is impossible , maybe you could set Wilt up to do it 2 or 3 times a season )

#29 is an Idea I had for a league a while back. There is something appealing about a cooperative effort to manipulate the sim engine. It's wild, I know, but there is a slight possibility that I could payout 164 dollars in 41 days.
