So i've got a sophomore that has a 90ish WE from the start of the season. He complained about time earlier, and I got his minutes up. I think he complained again. So his WE has gone up and down multiple times this season. Tonight is the last regular season game. His WE currently sits at a -10 on the season.

Chances he leaves? Stays? Im not really sure what the telling factor is, regarding when they will leave. Is it a certain WE number? Is it a WE percentage? Is it something else? Never had a player leave yet.

Did you recruit him as a JUCO w/ a promise? If not, I doubt he leaves

I’ve never seen a player leave, outside of first year players with broken promises. After the first year, the only downside I know of is a drop - sometimes significant - in WE.

players without promises used to leave, but folks on the forum say they dont in 3.0

so out of curiosity, why else would a player transfer then? If that doesn't do it? Just curious
