Open. Let's see if you have what it takes. I'm not going to sell you snake oil and lie, but the team kind of sucks, however the current prestige is at C+, so shouldn't be that hard to drive it up to at least an A- with a few NT appearances.

I thought about making that move but the recruiting class the A10 in phelan is bringing in is top notch. I cant bail on my conference because the A10 is on the rise and looking for more coaches.

I totally understand. It probably makes sense for you to stay at least one more year and build your resume.

I won't lie this team kind of blows, right now.

However, sitting at a C- a perfect opportunity and not really that hard to get them up into the B+/B range.

I'm assuming a lot of mid majors would qualify for it, since they are down.

Deadline 11pm tonight.
