When you sign up ban one player. It must be an actual good player, not someone like Hambone Williams. After we have the list of 24 banned players everyone can choose one of two options.
Option 1: You have $47 million with which to build a team. You can use anyone you want.
Option 2: You have $52 million with which to build a team, but you can't use any of the 24 banned players.
No clones.
