Warning-- these are all fairly wild guesses; I'm using how they've progressed this season to estimate final ratings and could be way off.
Cho: I project something like 85 control, 57 VsL, 62 VsR, and his pitches have very little growth left. With the very high ST/DUR that's a league average or just slightly worse SP. Mid-4's ERA in the DH league, typical world, Vancouver, over a TON of innings.
Balboa: I have no idea what his range or power will be. I'll take a wild-*** guess at 50 power and 80 range... in that case he's going to be an average defensive 2B with slash lines of about .280/.350/.400. That's not an all-star but it's a perfectly respectable starter at 2B.
Duran: his injuries make it impossible to even make a vaguely reasonable wild guess... the one thing I feel confident of is that he'll have to play 1B. The bat will probably play at 1B but not as a first-division starter-- but again, my guesses are even more wild here than with the others.
Lopez: likely the best of the group; not a star but maybe an above-average starting 3B. The glove will be OK at 3B and I think the power and splits are headed for the mid-70s or even a tad higher, with a contact of about 50 and an eye of about 65. That's conservatively .270/.340/.460, and if the power and splits get to 80 then it's .280/.350/480.
