1. How does a commissioner change the name of the world?
2. How does a commissioner take his world private?

1. You can change it from the franchise page.
2. If it's historically a public league, hold a league vote and then submit a ticket. If it's historically a private world that went public because it set empty for too long, you can just submit a ticket.

However, if it was created as a public world ADMIN will not allow it to go Private. Or at least that's what he told me...

Did not know that. Thanks BC. Sorry about the misinformation Tlowster.

I am in a world that was started as public and we voted to go private. But I'm thinking that may have happened before the new ownership.

Wow, Vitamin C, that is kind of garbage. If a league wants to go private, they should be able to.

I would still submit a ticket if I were you. Like I said, one of my worlds did go private with a vote. Admin has been known to be inconsistent on some other issues, so you still have a chance.
