Just a quick clarification question on an interesting scenario that just popped up for me in Champions world: I let a guy walk in Free Agency and got a Type B Comp Pick in return when he signed with another team. I have just received a Trade Chat from that team offering him back to me in exchange for another player who is currently on my ML roster. If I accept this trade, will the Type B pick go away? Or would I get to keep the pick in addition to having him on my roster again?

Asking because I'll likely make the swap for someone else on his roster if I lose the Compensation Pick but would happily make the deal for him if I keep the pick as well.

You will retain the comp pick.

You would still receive the pick.

Thought so too. The way it's described, that the signing team offered the player back for a player they'd prefer, that seems innocent enough. But the original team will have the appearance of "getting something for nothing", or perhaps future considerations.
