Has something changed?

I'm trying to Redshirt a guy in game 11. he hasn't played at all, and I go to manage roster and I don't see an option to Redshirt him.

The player page for Grant Morgan shows that you Redshirted him last year. You cannot redshirt him twice.

Perhaps you can get a medical waiver from WIS and they will grant you an extra "Medical Red shirt". Something is wrong with him.
