I'm intrigued. Do I construct a team under the cap or submit to you a list of 12 names?

I’d be in. What’s the cap?

There's no cap. Each owner submits a team of 12 to me. Once all 24 teams are submitted, I will weed out the duplicates and no team can use them. Any player chosen only once remains with the team that chose him. So, if 2 owners choose Kevin Durant in the 1st round he will be banned from the entire league. The point is that you must choose good players that you think other owners will not choose. If you are correct, you keep that player. Sometimes, however, a great player sneaks in because everyone else thinks he will be taken and fails to put him on their lists. (I will also give my list to 3 other owners before I look at the other 23.)

After each round, I will post the current rosters of each team as well as the banned list. Once a team has 12 unique players it will no longer need to draft.
