How does a world go from public to private? I'm considering jumping into a dead public world to revive it but won't jump unless it's changed to private. Thanks

If it's a world that has historically been private, the commissioner just has to submit a ticket. If it has historically been a public world, all owners must vote to go private (not sure if it has to be unanimous or not) and then a ticket must be submitted.

FWIW seble straight out told me he couldn't change a world to Private that was created as Public.

If it was created as Private and went Public for a while, then I would agree and follow the instructions from strikeout26.

Gehringer went from public to private, but I am not sure if this happened right before WiS was bought out or not.
