although... it depends how you look at the question... if you are asking who was the best in terms of their skills at one point in time at he end of their college career... your guy is certainly in the discussion. if you look at in in terms of accomplishments across 4 years.. obviously hes not close.

This is probably the best I have ever had. His ratings aren't as good as the other guys listed but his stats/accomplishments are pretty legit.

He was less efficient than I would have expected given his PER and LP ratings at D3. Crazy that he got drafted though. Really nice player.

Stephenson peaked a little higher, but Stanley Smith and Russ Allison are the two best D3 players I recruited, both from the pre-3.0 days.
