I think this really depends on your team needs. But id take both and eventually run the first one at the 3 and the bottom one at the 2.

As a pure scoring SG, the second guy is better though his defense and passing are certainly concerning at D2. If it’s me I’m taking the first guy and hoping his perimeter gets into the 90s.
