I see ineligible players become eligible all the time. But they are always players I am not recruiting. I have noticed that if I have already signed them and they are ineligible, they tend not to become eligible. I have a player now that is ineligible and trending toward not becoming eligible. That will make 3 players that I have signed before they become eligible in the last 3-5 seasons and all 3 did not become eligible until after they sat a year. Does signing players before they become eligible make them less likely to become eligible? Or am I just the unlucky guy who never has his guys become eligible? Any thoughts are appreciated.

It depends on their HS GPA. The higher it is the more likely they become eligible. The dudes with 2.0 and 2.1 almost never switch.

also note - riskier during recruiting session 1 than 2 - much more time for them to get a good score
