I have this idea for a theme league, but need to discuss how to work out the details. It is for an opportunity for owners to create and manage their own franchise over a given number of seasons. I created this thread to enlist help in thinking this idea through. The idea in a nutshell.
1. Start with twelve teams plying in d format.
2. The original teams will be created through a draft. (Maybe one pick per round for the first ten rounds and three picks per round for the last five rounds.) Needs discussion. A detailed draft is needed to pros basis for a multi-season league.
3. Every season each player can drop/add up to five players from their rosters, that are returned to the pool of undrafted players.
4. We then organize a draft to replace the five dropped players from the new pool.
this is where I have to we if I can make the idea work. Can the second and subsequent season drafts work if we conduct them in the forums.
looking for feedback. I know it will be a bit challenge, but I will dedicate my si m time to this one league.
