Depends on whether you’re actually gonna have him steal. If not, then check him cuz he’s either gonna a) not gonna take the extra base or b) get thrown out trying to take the extra base if your baserunning aggressiveness is high enough.
But then again I never let my pitchers get pinch-runned for. In the regular season, I just want them to hit their TPC, so I never let them get subbed out until they do.
