For me, the most fun part of the game is not the job process, but if for others that is exciting, then so be it *as long as the coach leaves schools in as good a condition as he found them in.* And let me tell you that AB generally leaves them in far better condition.

For example, look at this resume and tell me AB90 can't win with his own players.

i think this is a purely for fun game and the vitriol against people who do job hop is 100% unfounded. it would be one thing for someone to win a few titles, none of them with their own players, and then brag about it - but absent that, i really don't get all the negativity.

(P.S. my favorite championship was the one where I cherrypicked a loaded D3 team, quit WIS a couple games into the season, and then came back several months later to find a bunch of reward points in my account. I’ve never had more fun spending $25 on Amazon, and I’ve bought a lot of really fun and dumb **** on Amazon.)
