In WIS, is a rating like GB more important in coors or other home run parks?

I would only want high GB pitchers at Coors and other launching pads, however I'd include good infield defense to help support that. In my opinion you'd also like high DUR & STA guys so that you can get more pitches and innings from your hurlers too. Again just my opinion and I avoid extreme parks like the plague.

Only if you have good infielders. If you have good outfielders with great range, then you want medium depth fly balls.

I like to play in pitchers' parks.

I agree with the last two messages. Have always avoided the big hitters parks because I'm afraid it would force me to spend some extra money just to have enough pitches (via STA and DUR) to cover all the innings.

I have thought about taking Coors and getting a ton of contact hitters while not worrying as much about eye and power - that might make up for the extra you have to spend on pitching, because other owners would be spending more for eye and power. Could be a disaster, though, so I haven't tried it.

Agree with above regarding good defense and gb rating.

However, since Coors gives you an all around boost to all types of hits, you should focus on pitchers that have high velocity instead of gb. Of course having high in both is ideal, but if you find pitchers that are close to equal in most ratings, but one is high in gb and the other in velocity, go with velocity. Velocity gives a small bump in outs due to Ks
