What conference not considered a power conference is the best conference in Hoops?

World: Phelan
Conf: A10
Why: Bc there are 10 of 12 teams coached by humans. An average of 6-7 teams make the National Tourney every year. And we are cooler than the rest of you combined!

I don't know for sure Brokenee, but I can't imagine a non-power conference in any other HD world, that's better than yours...and there's certainly not a "COOLER" conference!!!
