Embarrassed to have to ask: Navigating support on this site is a nightmare with the constant redirects to differently branded websites. Can someone enlighten me on where I go to submit a support ticket, so I know I’m doing it in the right spot? Thx!

Anyone else having trouble submitting support tickets recently? FWIW, I've been having general internet trouble lately so that might be the answer but I'm curious to know if it's WIS-specific or not.

I was able to submit for a replacement owner about a week ago (not sure exactly how long, but I'm 99% sure it was in October)

Quick update on my support ticket situation: The one I was trying to submit was "We made a new blog, here's the link so can you please post it?" and I included the link...no matter how many times I tried that, it didn't work. As soon as I sent the same text WITHOUT the link included the ticket went through. Still not 100% sure why that's the case, but figured I'd put it out there in case anyone else has a similar situation
