What is the highest career growth you’ve had in a players overall rating?

This guy is my 4-year high, at 364. I’ve had a few guys get well into the 300s, but I think he’s the only one over 350. If his work ethic had started at 60, he might have gotten close to 400. He left at least 16 points on the table, probably a handful more. He was a D2 pool recruit.

Cardillo had a freshman haul of 118, which is my single season high off the top of my head. I am positive I had a guy well over 120 once, but I can’t find him. Might have been on the retired handle.

i recall a post where someone had 130 or 140ish in the modern era, but i was never up there myself. i think a handful of folks posted guys in the 130s but a couple were 140s? not 100% on that.

the early days of potential probably holds the record, back then 90% of players had materially capped by the end of soph year, and high work ethic guys could literally go from blue to red in freshman year (there were only 3 colors then, so this could have been as little growth as 21 to 7, but still).

Didn’t coach this guy, but I definitely remember him.
Went +146 his freshman year.
