In existence since 2005, the Advanced Progressive Players Association (APPA) has an opening for the 2019 season which will be drafting soon.

We all maintain rosters of 50: 25 active players, 9 AAA players (sim-eligible) and 16 prospects (which can also include sim-eligible or injured/non-sim-eligible players). Pre-draft you can drop as few or as many players as you like and you will receive as many draft picks as drops (unless you traded picks away).

In the upcoming draft, you can draft any players signed to a MLB team contract and who is not already property of another APPA team. Overseas players not yet signed before the first pick and amateur players who did not sign after the June draft are NOT eligible.

This team owns the 14th pick in the upcoming draft.

A few other random rules:
- You can only trade draft picks a year ahead
- No position eligibility rules - honor system
- Brygold likes (no, LOVES) Jung-Ho Kang

The available pre-cuts roster includes:

Thank you!

Kershaw! Chapman! Jansen! Greinke! Stanton! Biggio! Gurriel!

This is an unbelievably competitive group and there are so many ways to build a franchise. Anyone who does dynasty leagues would absolutely love this format.

I'll bite

Thanks sox! Take a look at the forum.

Any one else interested in a reserve spot?

For anyone interested, this is a great league. Always competitive with lots of great owners. Also, the franchise available has the most titles in league history so there's that.
