Okay, so the SIM did it again. See:
https://www.whatifsports.com/hbd/Pages/Popups/Boxscore.aspx?gid=102614560&tab=box&mode=classic . One out to go and the SIM yanks a pitcher with a no-no. This continues to be one of the most annoying and unrealistic problems in this game. I asked support about this in the past and got a rather unhelpful answer that I could adjust my pitchers' max pitch count setting. This is not the issue. We cannot predict when a pitcher is going to throw a no-hitter nor can we possibly know how many pitches he'll throw doing so. Instead, in the 'edit player settings' page, we should have a box allowing or not allowing (at user discretion) an override of the max pitch count setting in the event of a no-hitter in progress? It's not difficult code to write and can be made easier by automatically pulling the pitcher once a hit is allowed.
