Are they for sure normalized? I looked at '88 Pete Conway's performance history, and it seems as if they aren't based on his performance. Real life .320/.377 OBP, should normalize to .361/.449 or so.

Those are too aggressive of normalizations, and unless I misinterpreted your post you have the wrong RL line... RL numbers .275/.320/.377, so I would expect AVG#/OBP#/SLG# to be about .288/.342/.407. I don't think his performance history is particularly incompatible with that, particularly given that he's likely not been used all that much in OLs.
