Guy 1. He's 18 and has a 21 point advantage in VsR.

Both are very good, but I am with Strikeout on this one -- guy #1 is who I am taking. Although I think it is closer than some might think. That HUGE P1 to go with those splits is a nice combo on guy #2.. However, guy #1 will pitch more innings, has a better split against righties (HIUGE) and, from my experience, older Intl guys are often over projected (even with $20 in Intl scouting).

Can pitcher 1 be a SP? Or would he be a SUA with high innings limit?

Guy 2. I am so nervous for pitches 3 and 4 for guy 1 and in my experience starter with only 2 good pitches have a lot of problems.

# 1 and its not really close in my opinion.
