I want to recruit right outside of the Top 100 (e.g. Overall #101-150). I have scoured the forums and I have tried to do this manually in my scouting tab but cannot seem to be able to automatically view this. Does anyone know a way to automatically view this, vice scouting good players and stumbling into their rankings?

System is designed to prevent this. You will have to scout them.
