We need someone to take over our Philadelphia team for 1960. This is a progressive which started in 1920 with many good owners. All the normal progressive rules except we use 16 teams in this time period so we have scrub players which can be used to allow teams to get enough IP and AB. We also have a tiered win floor for the first round pick to prevent tanking.

Below is the team. They are in rebuilding. They have Brooks Robinson and most likely will be picking 2nd in the 1960 draft which has Marichal, Kaat, Santo... They also have an extra 2nd and 3rd round pick.
