many of you on this board are older than me and might not be exposed to the social media landscape of the younger, more radical crowd. If I right now posted a facebook status update advocating non-violence I would be called out by my friends. That it was my privilege that allowed me to think a peaceful option is possible. Know how I know this? I have been seeing this play out with people on my social media feed over the past few days. If you are a white person advocating non-violence you are attacked.

This is not helpful. This does not bring us together. No solutions will come from this. The left (I mean the far left) wants the end of capitalism. Wants the end of America. Wants violence on levels we have not seen in this country in many decades. Take that to the bank.

The right may seem to be in the ascendant right now. Trump may seem to have a lot of power. In the long run, it is the left any of us peaceful Americans have to fear. And with this, I will not start anymore threads on WIS.

“many of you on this board are older than me and might not be exposed to the social media landscape of the younger, more radical crowd.”

I’ve been a working musician for 30 years. I’ve FORGOTTEN more about social media, promotion, maintaining a YOUNG fanbase, etc. than you will ever know. I have a huge base of people I interact with across age, socio-economic and color barriers across REAL LIFE and social media. There are very few young people “advocating“ violence. They UNDERSTAND it, and are ok with it being used to hammer home a point chuckleheads like you haven’t been able to grasp for 250 years. They also know it gives them POWER to disrupt the norm, which has NEVER worked for them in the first place. If you ask me, you and your Young Republican point of view are what is actually out of touch.

“The right may seem to be in the ascendant right now.”

HILARIOUS...absolutely completely out of touch with reality HILARIOUS. The con is a dead man walking, as are many of his cohorts.

”I will not start anymore threads on WIS.”

That’d be great...just great.

Jeez, man. Before you leave, I would have loved for you to share a single example of this. In the future, it would really help your arguments if you backed them up with some sort of evidence.

As for "destroying capitalism", that's a niche idea.

Real talk, if you are reading this: I'm almost certain you are getting your news from a biased source. I would love to hear where you get your opinions from. I might be wrong, but you really seem like the kind of person who gets talking points from the Shapiro, Peterson, Crowder types. I would love to be proved wrong on this.

Trump wants to sic the military on protestors.
Military is sometimes needed to combat rioters.
Protesters are not the same thing. Again twisting/ignoring facts to try to make your point.

Antifa is not some made up right wing bogeyman. I've had friends that knew people involved with them.

^^^^ That organization that you just talked about in the tweet? Not antifa. Antifa doesn't have an agenda.

Yes, they absolutely are a right-wing boogeyman. I am proud to be antifa, and I think their cause is absolutely justified.

Ooooooh Andy Ngo, he’s so unbiased and impartial and truthful faaaarrrrttttttttttttttt

Dude is seriously still using Ngo as a reference? Unreal. You have to have some stones and no shame to trot that guy out still.

Also, as far as I am aware, we still have zero credible evidence that antifa was involved in the rioting. Or that George Soros paid them all to do it.

I still haven't got my Soros check.

We do have evidence of some people instigating things though, shocker the dude citing Andy Ngo ain’t bringing that up.
