Hello forum friends! I had a quick non-political question for you all. Do any of you know how I find out some facts and figures about whatifsports' work environment? I was curious if I could determine how diverse their board and staff was? I am really liking the simulation features here, but I wanted to make sure they employ a sufficient number of women and POC if I was going to continue giving them my money. Haha :)

WIS has essentially one staff member. He's definitely a man.

They have a Wop, Mick, Polack,*****, and a Canuck who is light-in-the-loafers

And a new user who's the VERY definition of a tonto snowflake.

So, Salamander, the basic deal with WIS is that admin. seems to be 1 guy.
In fact, the whole baseball part seems to be run by the same one guy.
I believe he goes by Seble around here.
I'm quite sure He's referred to as a male by everybody.
Don't think He's ever objected.
Of course, I also don't know why anyone on the internet would desire to/find it necessary to DECLARE their gender.

It's an anonymous medium.
I MIGHT not be wearing pants as I type this.

This is the funniest paragraph written here in a long time. The only “board” involved in WIS is the message “board” we’re writing on. As to “staff” let’s just say Shepherds in the field have larger ones. :)

If you are looking into companys' racial make-ups before choosing a company, instead of going with the best company available, then YOU are the racist.

Asking for racial diversity isn't the same thing as racism. If coreander only chose companies based on which ones were completely composed of black people on the board, then that would be racist.
