Where you go to see available worlds as well as active worlds, there is a link to the world's blog if they have one.
Why not a link to the Private Worlds Rule tab of each world.
For some reason that tab is something that is only visible to those already in the world.
It should be visible in as many ways as possible IMO.

I see no downside of have PWR available to those shopping worlds.
