Let's say there is a D3 that's controlled a player all of RS1 with an "early" signing preference.

I'm a D2 and I'm able to get to high/very high for the first time at 11pm tonight, the end of RS1.

The player will sign immediately with me, right?

i was under the impression the earliest d2 players could sign d1 players is session 2 cycle 1? are you suggesting its actually 11pm in RS1? not sure i get the question.

Sorry, this is a D2 projected guy. So I would have been able to sign much earlier but for some reason (in this case it was I didn't find the guy until 2 pm that day) couldn't get into signing range until the very final signing cycle. Is this cycle a signing cycle?

If I’m following correctly, the answer is yes. If you have reached high or above consideration, have an opening and a scholarship offer out, the EOP1 player would sign with you that last cycle of RS1.

So at 2 PM EST you see the guy, put 40 AP on him, and at 5PM EST you see you’ve unlocked a scholarship, and are sitting at high consideration. If you offer a scholarship, and if any existing D3 team is not willing or able to offer enough effort to push you down to moderate, he will sign with you at 11PM.
