I redshirted this dude.

He dropped from 20 WE to 16 WE. He's black ath/ blue re/blue def/blue blk with no LP growth. Would you keep the redshirt on him or redshirt a senior instead to get double resources?

Personally, I would take the redshirt off. He's going to be a decent D2 player at his ceiling. If I'm going to R/S someone I want LOTS of growth potential (regardless of WE) and/or some form of eliteness (scorer, PG skills, stud big that can lock down the paint. For me he doesn't check any of those boxes.

How do I make sure if I redshirt a senior I don't lose resources from him this year?

I think you'll be able to do better at D2 than him. I wouldn't RS.

If you redshirt a senior you won't lose resources. You're fine. I'm currently doing that with a player now. I have one senior and two walk ons, which "shows" that I'm replacing 3 players. So I have 80 AP. But because my one senior is redshirting, I only have 2 openings. (And of course normally with 2 openings you only have 60 AP)
