Can you sort by Home Field when searching for players? I wish to sort by Yankee stadium only.

I don't believe so. Players aren't assigned a "home field" in the SIM. You can achieve what you want by searching for New York Yankees franchise players and restricting the range of seasons if you want to include/exclude years of any specific stadium.
