New player with a quick question. Trying to figure out how the fielding ratings work for out of position players. Does it matter if a player moves left or right on the chart? Example, I have a pretty good minor league 3rd baseman. If I slot him at 3rd and move my regular 3rd baseman fielding B/B to the OF where he didn't play. Should I move him to the right (probably RF) or left (CF). What is the penalty? I'm assuming the penalty is greater as I move to the left.
