I have a top prospect who has been injured since the start of the season, and we’re 100+ games into the season and he has yet to have a recovery cycle. I have $20 mil in medical and he’s been on the 60-day DL. Is this normal or a bug?

How many days did it initially say he was going to be injured? If it was a long term injury (300 days +/-?), then yeah it might be normal.

Unfortunately, it is normal. From a ratings perspective, sometimes it's better for those types of injuries to happen closer to the end of the season so they can get multiple recovery cycles the following season.
