probably ignore it. I don't think they ever added the Puerto Rico stadium the Expos played in for some of their games.
They added Hiram Bithorn on their test server but it never made it into production, though they did add it to HBD. I haven't played HBD in a long while, but it doesn't look like the HBD ballpark list has been updated over the last several years, so my guess is, like was said above, that it probably won't make it in the game.
I can't recall if it's just from some of the fatigue tests as they were implementing the PA/IP minimums that I remember being able to choose Hiram Bithorn, or if it was actually active on the main site for a bit, but then got rolled back, but it was definitely on the test server.
