I'm playing my first season in WIS it's an 80m theme league. We have 12 AAA players. Six positional and six pitchers. I'm trying to send one of my pitchers down for a little rest but for some reason he's not one of the options that come up when I select the AAA pitcher I want to call up. I noticed other players are also not available to send down so I was wondering if anyone knew why that was. I did search the forums but didn't see anything else on this subject. Thank you.

The theme league creator set Minor League Salary Cap to on. Which I personally hate.

What this does is limit the total salary you can have in the minors at any one time to 10% of the league cap. So for your league, $8M is the max salary you can have in the minors at any time.
