Sure. Ted Cruz happened to be the one I was watching make a complete *** of himself on a nationally broadcast committee hearing.

Look, I'm as frustrated as anyone at the string of Democratic opening statements and questioning periods in which they trotted out blowups of photos of individuals who have supposedly benefitted from the ACA. I know that I'm in the minority here, but I completely agree with what Barrett said in her own opening statement - I do not want Federal justices to make ruling based on what they think is good for the citizens. That's not their job. But at least these lines of questioning are going somewhere.

Ted Cruz was just sitting up there prevaricating about left-wing dark money channels and state justices and not even pretending it had anything to do with Barrett. What a complete waste of everyone's time.

I remember a time when civil rights advocates wanted men to be judged not by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character.
