DIII Pacific in Crum is going to be very good next season. I left to go to DI, simply because I didn't feel like I was having as much fun there after 18 seasons with the same team, so there is a coaching vacancy:

If you aren't in Crum yet or you are looking for a new team that is going to be very competitive in a very fun conference, you should coach DIII Pacific! I'd hate to see that team not reach their potential just because some bone-headed Sim AI coach screwed it all up.

It's very very tempting. I really want all my teams to be Eastern Mennonite so I can go on my quest of winning a NT Championship with the school I used to work for as the PA Announcer.
