FA ratings decline Topic

Here in Capra we're 60+ games into the season. All the available FAs have shown some ratings decline since ST opened.

Remind me. If I sign one, does he come with the numbers I can now see or is there additional decline when he walks into my (electronic) clubhouse?

I think it depends on how long ago his last ratings update was. If his last update was recent, he should have the same ratings that you're seeing. But if it's been awhile, he might show some more decline when you sign him.
