The New Dynamic Progressive League needs an owner to step in to take over the AL franchise on the south side of Chicago for our upcoming 1903 season. In it's present state, the New Dynamic league is a 16 team league with an 8 team NL and a fledgling 8 team AL with franchises going in to their third season. Rosters are thin, as the AL teams are in the process of maturing.
The league holds a draft lottery for the top three picks in the draft. The World Series winner picks 16th. Spots 4-15 are determined by a simple formula of a team's rank by payroll minus their rank by win %. This means that wherever you are in the standings, winning is still important. Players may start at any position for which they have a defensive rating.
