Early in recruiting. Team listed at A+ unlocked a player and offered a ship. They have almost the highest prestige I've ever seen in 3.0 (A+ baseline, NC last year/E8/NC/S16 4 years ago, #4 #8 and #32 picks in the draft last year). A team listed a A prestige is at high while A+ is at very high.
Because it's harder for lower prestige to unlock, the A team must have more effort on (unadjusted for prestige).
The player is wants success, but one tick + wants success is not enough to knock a team with more effort down to high. It's pretty clear A+ isn't capped from my past experiences, but this one is especially hard to argue.
